Nucleation increases the visual appeal of lager but does not alter overall likeability or drinking rate (study 2)

This human laboratory experimental study investigated whether nucleation texture in drinking glasses alters the time taken to consume an alcoholic beverage. Participants (n = 162) were asked to drink standard strength lager from either a non-nucleated or nucleated glass. Likeability of lager and time to consume the drink were recorded.
